We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that solely runs off of donations from our friends and followers. To apply, please fill out the application below. If your application is accepted, we will ask that you donate what you can towards the cost of the wheelchair, and we will cover the remaining balance. We will reach out via Instagram Direct Message, and will hold your spot for ten days. We provide full support for set up of the wheelchair, fitment and training. Once you've had the opportunity to get the wheels together, we ask that you send us a video so our audience can celebrate with you and your Pup, or offer tips or advice if needed. Once you become part of the HRC Family, you're forever part of the HRC Family!

*Please note that at this time, we are unable to process applications for potential recipients with a GoFundMe page, or any potential recipient partaking in any form of independent fundraising.
*Due to an overwhelming amount of applications for pups in need, we are only able to hold your spot for 10 days. Please check your Instagram Direct Messages. If we cannot reach you beyond the 10 day limit, we regret that you may lose your place in line, as there are many pups in need of a wheelchair. We always welcome you to reapply using the application form below.
